Fluorinated Polyether Fluids

General Information
Fluoronox Fluids are based on Perfluoropolyethers and Perfluoroalkylethers, which are highly fluorinated polymers. Fluoronox Fluids are chemically inert and resistant to most chemicals, including concentrated acids, concentrated watery alkalis, mineral oils, synthetic hydrocarbons, gases and solvents.

They are clear in color. They are non-flammable, resistant to oxidation and suitable for long-time lubrication at high temperatures.

With a density is approximately 1.9 g/ml (water 1.0 g/ml) they are much heavier than water or conventional lubricants. They provide excellent anti-wear properties for highly loaded gears.

They are compatible with most sealant materials and plastics
